Innocence

All things truly wicked start from innocence.
                                                                     --  Ernest Hemmingway

Recently I was in a conversation with someone, when suddenly the question of 'innocence' rose. Initially I was boggled over the use of the word adjectivally, my reaction to which was nothing other than a burst of laughter [which wasn't totally uncalled for; but still wasn't polite] anyways, next day, suddenly my mind went into a sudden thought-processing state; Which may seem funny[crazy] but when the electricity has been out for 4 hours and you have nothing better to do, mind tends to wander off and do silly things.

Well in this state, I started to think about the word "Innocent".

How its definition varies from "suffering" to "naivety", how it is something that cannot be claimed, how it is something which we think, we tend to loose as we grow up whilst trying to hold on to its fragments.

What truly is innocence ?
Is it a spectre of something which we project upon children which really isn't there or is it really something which makes us simple beings or is it just a discrete state of mind.

The world defines Innocence as "Lack of guilt, lack of experience, lack of guile or corruption",so, It is everything which children are epitome of. Children who have 'no worries'. No worries of where the world is going, no worries as to what the world is doing and no worries as to what to do next?.
As soon as we start to question we begin to loose the essence of innocence. Because knowledge taints the way we think.

All these thoughts were just bottling up, so I needed to let it out. Coz you know, if you put it out for the world to see just maybe someone might figure something out.Lets just call this my innocent thinking.

Rain Rain come again...

Rain Rain don't go away just yet,
the world may seem gloom,
but you make my heart feel at rest.

You draw the drapes,
 then embrace,
and make the world seem new.

Dance in the rain,
Forget the pain,
Bring out the innocence with which we grew.

Calm and serene,
like a dream,
makes you so true.

How times have changed,
Makes me nostalgic again,
and remember the days spent with you.

Rain Rain don't go away, just yet,
the world may seem gloom,
but you make my heart feel at rest.

Letsrock !

Okay ! So Second year of my college life would have been something-bigger-than-blip if it weren't for some of the best people I have met till this day. All my time would have been hopelessly spent mastering Counter Strike or more horrifically on something creative/productive, if it weren't for these guys. They are some of the closest people to my heart and this post goes out to them for making my college life so rocking, mastiful and some-more-adjectives . /wahaha

They are the inhabitants of the 'letsrock' lobby. :D

So where do I even begin.....okay first of all a little background. Everyone in letsrock was/is 2 years senior to me (in regard of passing out :P )  [except for Panwa; 1 year]. It was certainly fate that I met them. If it weren't for them, I would have never got acquainted with DOTA and then things would have been very different; How different ! Way-way-different. Lets see list of things of things I did in college :
*Bakkar (Masti)
*Sleep
*DOTA....
and so-on.

Yes, this is probably correct...you can understand how things would have been different its something proportional to 'The Nail'.

For want of a nail the shoe was lost,

for want of a shoe the horse was lost,

for want of a horse the knight was lost,
for want of a knight the battle was lost.
So it was a kingdom was lost - all for want of a nail.

It was pure coincidence that I came to Pandu's room one day and saw him playing something familiar (Warcraft III) , which he then corrected was actually DOTA.  And well rest is as they say, History.
It was then I met everyone else... my partners in crime :D : 90, Ganja, Chottu, Buddha, Mama, Cherry, Nattu, Walia and then there were those who didn't play :P Duggi, Pandit, Mahendru, Tandon (calling most of them 'sir' would just be a lame formality, cuz certainly they are more than that).

Uhhh...how i miss everything... /no

From kicking out Chottu from his room when it was time to sleep and ofcourse his stand-out-comic laugh, teasing Mama "R" over anything-and-everything , Me and Panwa playing with AI, tagging along for dinner :D , 90 & Pandu giving me chocolates whenever they would come to cafe and spot me,well more on the lines of me asking for it :P , occasional enlightening chats with Pandit sir when everyone would be sleeping in the afternoons, Duggi sir saving me from that hostel-check (that was fun !), asking mahendru sir for a mouse when my imba mouse would start acting up, getting loads of movies and games from ganja, Nattu sir's quick remarks, Cherry sir always advising on how to play and what to-do :D  and many... many... maaaa.....neeeee  other things.

This is just the tip of the awesomeness-iceberg of 'letsrock'. You have to experience 'letsrock' to know it. :D

The World is just way too Fascinating

Its just one of those random thought which is sure to occur in your mind when you realize just how "awesome"  our planet is, and not only our planet but our entire universe. In spite of the fact that many "coincidences" led to formation of the universe as we know it even more mind-boggling "coincidences" led to the formation of our solar system and our mother Earth. Just how everything fits in together makes one wonder.

While randomly strolling through the information-superhighway, I came across this really awesome website :
For starters this website claims itself to be a humor website but when you start going through the articles that this website publishes or has published, you would realize these are more than just simple humor, these are really enlightening sources of information.Articles such as these :

makes you realize just how little you know about the world and how we are just mere mortals(some of these are really scary-shit), apart from all this even the writing style of the authors is just too [insert an appropriate adjective].

I am sure that once when you start going through this website (The articles) the same thing will wriggle through your thought cycle just like it did mine "The world is just way too fascinating". =D

The First Post

Okay so while setting up this blog the first thing that ran through my mind was,"What would be my first post ?". Is it going to be something that I learned today, or should I write about all sorts of thing I am stumbling through the information superhighway.I don't know...but lets me just begin.

Well the primary reason for setting this blog is well...to get over the boredom I am facing in lieu of the wait..the wait for the date of joining, until the fateful day arrives I hope that I remain active :D
which just might be difficult considering  the fact I tend to procrastinate (few things).

But things seem to be going smooth for few weeks, now that I have lots of time to do things... maybe thats the reason I am tweeting regularly as well.

Too be true even I don't know what kind of blog this is going to be... is it going to be someplace where I express my thoughts or is it going to be an Info-blog where I share various mind-boggling things you can read over internet , which BTW are insanely true . Frankly I don't know, let just wait and watch. What destiny has in store for me (well actually for this blog).
